We are The Country’s newest online fly marketplace designed to make discussion about the best local flies easy. Whether buying, selling, or learning how to tie new patterns, this is the spot to discover. With sights set on connecting fly fishers from across the country, our platform is specifically built for Canadians. A custom hand-tied fly can withhold years of knowledge, and when shared, our fishing community can only grow.
The Flies Canada website headquarters is located in Kelowna, BC. Our small team was formed when passions for fly fishing and web design somehow collided, and the idea for a fly-specific marketplace emerged. With little to lose and lots to gain, we decided to pursue the idea in hopes of providing a solid resource for everyone to enjoy. Our website would not function without the contributions from our users, and for that we are beyond grateful.

Maybe you are a tying addict interested in sharing your unique creations for others to replicate, a new tyer looking for guidance on certain patterns, or are searching for specific chironomids your local shop doesn’t have. Whatever the case, our platform makes it possible to connect with the genuine tyers behind the vice.
With little limits in place, we want to connect people together ahead of anything else. It is absolutely free to post your listings on our site, and we take zero commission from any sale. Unlike some other online marketplaces, we highly encourage the exchange of social media accounts and personal websites to showcase your flies. No money is exchanged on our site and we would rather you connect directly with each other.
